You enjoy pushing the limits of the lab’s capabilities—finding creative, resourceful ways to extend existing tools, automate repetitive tasks, and improve throughput and reliability. You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities, while still maintaining rigorous standards for safety, documentation, and quality. You collaborate well with design, validation, and operations teams, and you communicate clearly about constraints, risks, and needs.

Demonstrated experience managing lab infrastructure and inventory, including asset tracking tools and basic procurement workflows.
Experience working in cross-functional engineering teams and supporting multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
Knowledge of ESD handling, lab safety standards, and best practices for handling sensitive electronic components.
