• Chemical & Slurry Segregation: Manage dedicated containment tanks and ultrafiltration skids to isolate hazardous CMP silica slurries, hydrofluoric acid, heavy metals, and TMAH developers at the tool level.
• Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) Integration: Route high-purity ZLD distillate back into UPW polishing loops, ensuring trace organic carbon, silica, and boron meet strict parts-per-billion electronic standards.
• Advanced Membrane Operations: Oversee High-Recovery Reverse Osmosis (HRRO) and vibratory filtration skids to achieve maximum water recovery under severe osmotic pressures.
• Corrosion-Resistant Material Architecture: Specify and maintain fluoropolymer-lined (PVDF/PFA), titanium, and Hastelloy tanks and piping to withstand aggressive acids, caustics, and hot concentrated brines.
• Crystallizer & Solid Residue Management: Oversee thermal evaporators and crystallizers, handling specialized dry salt cakes and hazardous waste profiling for complex chemical byproducts.
• Sub-Fab Cross-Shift Coordination: Coordinate directly with cleanroom and wet-bench manufacturing technicians to monitor tool dumps, chemical bath changes, and influent water quality surges.
• Cleanroom Protocol & Compliance: Maintain strict ISO cleanroom compliance for sub-fab wastewater monitoring equipment while recording daily water recovery and environmental discharge logs.
• Five or more years of related experience alongside an advanced Degree in Chemical Engineering or a Related Field is Preferred.
