Job Description & How to Apply Below
Duties:
* Own analog and mixed-signal circuit designs from initial concept through tape-out and silicon validation
* Design transistor-level analog building blocks, including ADCs/DACs, op-amps, bandgaps, voltage regulators, charge pumps, sense amplifiers, oscillators, I/O circuits, power-supply detectors, and bias/current distribution circuits
* Apply low-power, low-noise, and high-precision analog design techniques, accounting for device mismatch and process variation
* Perform AC, DC, transient, Monte Carlo/statistical, and post-layout simulations
* Support analog verification using SPICE/fast-SPICE, electromigration, IR drop, aging, and related tape-out checks
* Partner with layout engineers through final layout, post-layout verification, and top-level integration
* Collaborate with product and test engineering on test plans, lab results, troubleshooting, silicon characterization, and yield improvement
* Document design, simulation, and verification results for formal design reviews Requirements
* BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field preferred
* At least 7-12+ years of transistor-level analog IC design experience
* Experience designing analog or mixed-signal circuits for power management, SoCs, Ser Des, ADC/DAC, PLL, or related IC products
* Experience with analog building blocks such as op-amps, bandgaps, regulators, charge pumps, ADC/DACs, sense amplifiers, oscillators, I/O, or bias circuits
* Strong understanding of transistor operation, analog circuit design, and circuit analysis
* Strong understanding of AC/DC/transient analysis, feedback, compensation, small-signal analysis, and statistical variation
* Knowledge of low-noise, low-power, and precision analog design techniques
* Strong communication, collaboration, and design ownership skills
* Silicon experience with bias circuit design is preferred
* Understanding of semiconductor device physics is a plus
* High-speed analog experience is a plus, but not required
The Opportunity:
This is a strong opportunity for Senior or Principal Analog IC Designer who enjoys hands-on transistor-level design and wants ownership across the full IC development lifecycle, from circuit design and simulation through tape-out, post-layout verification, and silicon validation.
