Manufacturing Associate - II

• Pay: $30-40/hr
• 12+ month position,with potential extension or conversion based on performance and budget
• Work Schedule:
  
  Sat-Tues or Sun-Tues (N1 compressed shifts), 40.5 hours /week

This role supports semiconductor manufacturing, process verification, and defect analysis through high-quality scanning electron microscope (SEM) imagery and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The successful candidate will independently manage routine analytical work, respond to production priorities, contribute to continuous improvement efforts, and work with engineers to help identify root causes and ensure product quality.

• Associate degree or higher in a related technical field; equivalent relevant semiconductor laboratory experience may be considered. Bachelor’s degree in materials science, chemistry, physics, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience working in an analytical laboratory environment is a plus.
• Hands-on experience operating scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Focused Ion Beam (FIB) instruments is preferred.
• Experience analyzing semiconductor structures, thin films, particles, cracks, voids, contamination, or other defects is a plus.
• Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication processes and structured problem-solving methods.
