Design HVAC systems for schools, retail and mixed-use spaces, and commercial facilities, and produce mechanical design drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit. Conduct field investigations and coordinate quality control, scheduling, programming, and project information with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
Requirements:The role calls for 2 to 5 years of HVAC design and construction experience, facilitation experience, and a solid understanding of duct and piping design, air handlers, chillers, and boilers. Candidates should have experience with load calculations, equipment selection, wet- and dry-side systems, applicable building codes, DDC controls, Title 24, and HAP or Energy Pro, along with strong communication skills.
