- Assist the General Manager in matters concerning safety and security in all areas: front door, play area, play castle, private event rooms, and restrooms.
- Assist guests with all requests and answer questions as needed.
- Greets guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions. Smiles and greets guests upon entering.
- Keeps all coordinators promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.
- Provides timely and accurate service while managing party times and communicating information as needed to guests, coordinators, and managers.
- Competently diffuses difficult guest situations while protecting the integrity and safety of staff, building, and house policies.
- Assists in the cleanliness and organization of rental equipment.
- Brings attention to the General Manager of problem areas with other managers and party coordinators.
- Ensures that all children and adults adhere to house policies as outlined and informs management of any issues.
- Assists with the setup and breakdown of special events functions as directed by management.
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that is conducive to maximum team member morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.
- Opens and closes the store.
- Strong work ethics.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Childcare experience preferred but not required.
- Must communicate effectively with multiple guests while generating enthusiasm.
- Strong math and verbal skills.
- Adheres to dress guidelines, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times.
- Clearly articulates greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to guests.
- Effectively verbalizes guest needs to other team members.
- Skilled at calmly responding to dissatisfied guests and calling issues to management's attention.

- Morning shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
