• Assist the General Manager in matters concerning safety and security in all areas: front door, play area, play castle, private event rooms, and restrooms.
• Assist guests with all requests and answer questions as needed.
• Greets guests with a positive attitude and enthusiasm while performing multiple job functions. Smiles and greets guests upon entering.
• Keeps all coordinators promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.
• Provides timely and accurate service while managing party times and communicating information as needed to guests, coordinators, and managers.
• Competently diffuses difficult guest situations while protecting the integrity and safety of staff, building, and house policies.
• Assists in the cleanliness and organization of rental equipment.
• Brings attention to the General Manager of problem areas with other managers and party coordinators.
• Ensures that all children and adults adhere to house policies as outlined and informs management of any issues.
• Assists with the setup and breakdown of special events functions as directed by management.
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate that is conducive to maximum team member morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness.
• Opens and closes the store.

• Strong work ethics.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Childcare experience preferred but not required.
• Must communicate effectively with multiple guests while generating enthusiasm.
• Strong math and verbal skills.
• Adheres to dress guidelines, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times.
• Clearly articulates greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to guests.
• Effectively verbalizes guest needs to other team members.
• Skilled at calmly responding to dissatisfied guests and calling issues to management's attention.
