Senior Producer

Archetype Entertainment is a new game studio in Austin, Texas led by industry veterans from Bio Ware and other AAA studios. Archetype is a division of Wizards of the Coast (Hasbro). We are building a development team with world-class talent to create a new science fiction universe for our first multiplatform role playing video game.

Our goal is to create the greatest story-driven role playing games in the world.

We are looking for aSenior Producerto support our Cinematics team to help us build a truly special story-driven RPG.

• Develop, maintain, and be responsible for production roadmaps and schedules for cinematic projects.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring alignment.
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the production process.
• Use production tracking software to report progress and manage dependencies.
• Provides mentorship to production teams on how to identify risks and strategies for mitigation.

• 5+ years leading production for game development teams for both console and PC platforms with a deep understanding of cinematic production processes. Experience in animation, VFX, motion capture, and VO pipelines.
• Experience shipping at least one AAA title.
• Ability to solve hard project management problems and work with leads and team members to develop durable solutions as well as a passion for mentoring and making your team better
• Jira project management and customization
• Excellent communicator, open, and highly collaborative!
• Role will be onsite at our studio located in Austin, TX

• Starting Pay Range: $122,300
• Pay Range End: $210,900
