Responsibilities
  • Build and strengthen customer relations with fans of Texas Athletics.
  • Assist with daily inbound communication via phone, online chat, and email.
  • Participate in the programming, charging, and placing of ticketing pedestals and handheld scanner placements for athletics events.
  • Provide daily email and troubleshooting for the Texas Sales & Service team.
  • Aide in ticketing system maintenance and projects.
  • Support gameday ticket office duties as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Must be available for varied hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Must have computer skills and experience.
  • Demonstrate ability to take and accurately follow instructions.
  • Must maintain a friendly, service attitude at all times.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous work experience in ticketing operations.
  • Knowledge of Paciolan ticketing system is a plus.
Salary Range
  • $15.00+ depending on qualifications and experience.
Working Conditions
  • Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation.
  • Use of manual dexterity.
  • Climbing of stairs.
Work Shift
  • Work is offered on a weekly basis.
  • Work opportunities occur at all times of the day and evening and on weekends.
