The Mission:
At Pocket Worlds, we make games that bring people together. We’re looking for a Product Manager who can own player-facing features end to end. You will spot problems, come up with solutions, and make sure they get built and shipped. This role focuses on caring deeply about our players—talking to them, studying how they play, and turning insights into clear product direction.

You’ll take features from idea to launch, keep them moving fast, and learn from every release.

• Discovery
  :
  Listen and learn from players through conversations, data, and research. Own features by identifying opportunities and shaping them from idea to release.
• Design
  :
  Come up with solutions that are simple, clear, and fun to use. Set priorities. Decide what matters most and keep the team focused.
• Execution
  :
  Work side by side with design, engineering, art, and community to ship. Look sure impact on engagement, retention, and player happiness. Keep shipping. Start small, test, learn, and keep making it better.

• Experience in consumer products. You’ve worked on things people use and enjoy, or you’re eager to.
• Love for games. You understand what makes them engaging, and ideally you’ve worked in gaming or social apps.
• Problem-solver. You don’t just point things out, you test fixes.
• Fast mover. You get things out the door and improve them quickly.
• Clear communicator. You make it easy for teams to align and move forward.
• Curious and thoughtful. You use data and player feedback to guide your calls.
• Owner mindset. You care about results, not just tasks.

• Players enjoy and stick with the features you release.
• Features show real impact on engagement, retention, or revenue.
• You build trust by pushing work forward and helping the team succeed.
