Salon Coordinator – Sport Clips Haircuts

Join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our salon. This role requires a passion for the beauty industry, excellent organizational skills, and a friendly demeanor.

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a positive experience from arrival.
• Answer phone calls and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and retail displays.
• Handle financial transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Assist with retail sales by sharing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Monitor salon inventory and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the salon team to ensure seamless flow from reception to cutting floor.
• Complete secondary duties assigned by the Store Manager, e.g., vacuuming, cleaning stations, prepping stations, laundry, sanitation, stocking.
• Assist in marketing efforts, including local neighborhood marketing and social‑media updates and promotions.
• Participate in Sport Clips training.

• Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, front desk, or salon coordination preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications, Microsoft Office, and basic social media platforms.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with passion for the beauty industry.
