Exclusively representing the biggest names in mobile content and the most talented players in mobile esports, Tribe’s powerhouse of creators has garnered 20+ million subscribers and 180+ million monthly views on You Tube alone, and Tribe’s esports teams have competed across major mobile titles – having won multiple world championships.

In 2021, Tribe Gaming raised funding from Spurs Sports & Entertainment and has continued to pave new roads in the mobile gaming industry. Tribe Gaming is based in Austin, Texas with contractors located around the world.

About this role: Tribe Gaming is seeking an experienced Senior Broadcast Producer to join our growing team. • Coordinate all relevant operational information for live broadcast events, including remote broadcast technology, technical requirements, and facility information.
  • Serve as the Technical Director for live and live-to-tape shows, ensuring smooth technical execution and visuals.
  • Manage the Broadcast Production team – from day-to-day management including scheduling and delegating broadcast tasks to overall talent development including performance reviews and collaborating on the direction of the team with leadership.
  • Lead the production planning of Live Broadcast and Tournament events, including working with partnerships to build RoS, with the Creative team to request and develop broadcast assets, and with the Social Team to assist with shoulder content.
  • Collaborate across departments to align on client needs and sales goals for shows, ensuring all elements are delivered successfully.
  • Establish strong relationships with external clients as the Live Broadcast subject matter expert for Tribe Gaming.
  • Lead the innovation of the Live Broadcast product by proactively identifying ways to elevate and grow offerings, including monitoring broadcast trends and applying creative thinking.
  • Establish best practices, define processes, and maintain consistent workflows for the execution of events, broadcasts, and tournaments.
  • Track and report on the performance of Live Broadcasts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience directing and executing live and taped broadcast productions, including both in-studio and remote settings.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute large-scale events with attention to detail and tight deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of broadcast technology, equipment, and production workflows.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and design engaging content for a diverse audience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and align across departments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of effectively coaching and mentoring staff.
