What You'd Do- Own the production pipeline. Sprints, milestones, deliverables.
- Run standups, unblock bottlenecks.
- Manage the budget. Cost tracking, burn rate, forecasting.
- Coordinate between engineering, animation, art and design.
- QA oversight. Builds go out tested.
- Report directly to the founder.
In essence a creative head of product not a monotonous manager.
Requirements- 5+ years producing games
- Shipped at least one mobile or console title where you owned production
- Managed remote/distributed teams and contractors
- Comfortable with budgets, burn rates, cost tracking
- Basic Unity literacy
- Agile/Kanban experience
- F2P / mobile monetization experience
- Fighting game or competitive multiplayer background
