Gear Seven is a casual puzzle studio that makes cozy, clever puzzle games for players around the world. Its first title is in production, with the first playtests planned for this winter. • Design game features, meta, boosters, onboarding, ad monetisation, and configurations hands‑on
• Run the product using retention, playtime, ARPDAU, hypotheses, A/B tests, and data‑driven decisions
• Plan and track developers’ and artists’ work, priorities, and deadlines
• Test settings and ad creatives with the publishing partner
• Build a process where people and AI agents work together

• At least 2 years of experience as a game designer at a game company
• Experience taking a mobile casual game from scratch to release in app stores
• Experience with meta, features, or monetisation, not only level design
• Daily use of AI for prototypes, analysis, and documents, with something personally built to show
• Understanding of F2P and IAA (ad‑monetisation) metrics
• Candidates whose background is mainly in shooters, RPGs, or level design only may not be a good match; hands‑on experience with meta, features, or monetisation is sought
