Chill Base is an independent gaming studio building One State, a mobile Social Role Play game on Unity. Its Art team develops lifelike graphics using advanced Art-Tech tools, including splat masks, vertex painting, procedural generation, and shaders.

• Develop and execute the creative strategy
• Generate ideas and create briefs for videos, playables, and static creatives
• Conduct competitor analysis
• Collaborate with the art team and provide feedback to Unity, Unreal, 2D artists, and the playable team
• Improve the overall quality of creatives
• Work with external contractors and provide feedback
• Create guides in Confluence when new processes appear
• Use AI tools in daily work

• Experience in a similar role in the gaming industry
• Understanding of UA and key metrics, including product metrics, and the ability to analyze and form hypotheses
• Ability to analyze competitors, identify top-performing creatives on the market, and adapt them for the project
• Knowledge of ASO
• Understanding how creatives are produced in Unreal and Unity
• Experience teaching or mentoring others
• Experience working with contractors and providing structured feedback
• Experience working with AI tools
• Portfolio including 3D creatives
• Native Russian
• Будет плюсом: video editing experience, knowledge of Unity or Unreal, knowledge of Figma or Photoshop, experience shooting or voicing creatives as an actor
