- Develop and drive CRM strategy to increase retention, LTV, and revenue
- Oversee customer lifecycle communications, including onboarding, engagement, reactivation, and VIP
- Manage CRM campaigns and mechanics, including bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty programs, and tournaments
- Drive customer segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation
- Track CRM performance, conduct A/B testing, and analyze player behavior
- Lead, develop, and optimize CRM team operations
- Work closely with Product, Analytics, Marketing, and VIP departments
- 5+ Years of CRM experience with a proven track record in leadership
- Solid background in iGaming, Betting, or high-volume B2C industries
- Strong knowledge of player lifecycle management and CRM profitability
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, automation, and multichannel campaigns
- Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decisions
- Proven ability to build, manage, and scale CRM teams
- English — Upper-Intermediate or higher
