• Oversee fund accounting operations and support financial reporting to investors.
• Work closely with the leadership team to drive efficiency, strengthen internal processes, and ensure timely, accurate results.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, manage external relationships with service providers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that position the business for long-term success.

• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, ideally with a background in alternative investments, financial services, or Big 4 public accounting.
• CPA is required.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
