The Manager, Finance Transformation will be responsible for:

• Serving as Project Manager for key Finance initiatives, including but not limited to technology implementation, process harmonization, merger and acquisition support, and business support
• Leading process harmonization efforts across business units, legal entities and finance functions across North America
• Serve as key facilitator and assistant to Vice President Finance, North America

• Serve as project leader (PMO) for major finance projects, including Kaizen activities, technology implementations, M&A activity, and other identified projects
• Drive Finance project funnel from identification to prioritization to execution, working cross-functionally within Finance and with the broader organization as required
• Lead contact for all harmonization and implementation activities across various Finance functions and teams in North America
• Design and implement standard work to monitor and report on key project status
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and streamline accounting and finance procedures
• Own end-to-end process mapping of key finance workflows
• Assist with driving compliance with IFRS and implementation of new standards
• Monitor and prioritize continuous improvement of the North American Finance team
• Coordinate regular preparation and reporting tied to overall functional performance and project status
• Prepare ad hoc financial reporting requests, analyses and special projects requested by management
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations of accounting transactions and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
• Work on special projects and other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Master’s degree in Accounting or Business preferred
• 5+ years progressive accounting experience
• 4+ years project management exposure / experience
• 4+ years public accounting experience, Big 4 a plus
• 2+ years supervisory experience in accounting
• 1+ years experience in manufacturing environment
• Certified Public Accountant preferred
• Self-starter, demonstrates initiative and ability to lead through change and complexity
