A leading national wealth management firm is seeking a Director of Alternative Investments to shape and elevate its private markets and alternative product platform.

This is a high-impact, client-facing leadership role for someone who combines deep investment expertise with strong communication and presentation skills. You’ll lead the firm’s alternative investment strategy — overseeing due diligence, product evaluation, and advisor support across private equity, private credit, hedge funds, structured products, DSTs, QOZs, and other sophisticated solutions
.

• Lead the due diligence and product approval process for complex investments
• Partner with financial advisors on portfolio design and alternative allocation strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with asset managers and product sponsors
• Deliver market and strategy presentations to internal and advisor audiences
• Mentor a high-performing team of analysts and drive continuous platform improvement

• 8+ years in wealth management, investment research, or alternative investments
• Strong understanding of private markets, structured solutions, and product diligence
• CCA: CFA required; CAIA or JD preferred
• Excellent communicator and confident presenter
