The role involves managing the daily execution of quantitative systematic trading strategies, real‑time risk mitigation, adapting to market changes, and monitoring alerts, while collaborating with strategy developers and technology experts.

• Collaborate with developers, researchers, and technology teams to oversee daily operations of the systematic trading platform.
• Foster business growth by understanding market microstructure, products, regulations, and platform capabilities, defining new technology requirements.
• Drive continuous enhancements of trading platform through design and implementation.
• Identify trends in market and strategy performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and implement trading playbooks to manage macro event risk.
• Take ownership of risk management measures and oversee trading activities.

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, Economics, or Business from a leading institution.
• Strong problem‑solving and strategic decision‑making skills, maintaining a holistic view in dynamic trading environments.
• Previous experience in electronic trading.
• Keen attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven self‑starter with proactive mindset to learn and adapt for desired outcomes.
