YourKey Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects, ensuring quality and effective risk management.
- Lead work streams, manage client engagements, and develop innovative solutions.
- Solve complex financial problems and recommend changes to policies and procedures.
- Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Lead teams and provide feedback to others at lower ranks.
- Ensure focus on quality, risk management, and continuous process improvement.
- Deep understanding of FP&A processes, financial modeling, and business partnering.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex transformation projects on time and on budget.
- Strong business acumen tying finance processes to strategic outcomes.
- Proven success building lasting client relationships and driving commercial outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate financial concepts for diverse business audiences.
- Expertise in financial planning and analytics through best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business). - Minimum 5 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Expertise in strategic planning, long‑range planning, AOP, budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecast, financial modeling, scenario analysis, management reporting, business performance analysis.
- Strong FP&A functional background from corporate finance roles.
- Consulting/advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions.
- Track record translating business challenges into improved planning and decision‑making processes.
- Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities: deconstruct complex issues and leverage data.
- Experience with EPM platforms (Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, One Stream, Tagetik, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; executive presence.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Industry experience in FP&A, financial planning, strategic finance, or corporate finance in operating companies.
- Consulting experience in advisory, implementation, or transformation consulting in finance functions.
- CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials.
- Experience across multiple industries (manufacturing, retail, technology, healthcare, financial services).
- Familiarity with data integration, cloud computing, or system architecture.
- Strong interpersonal skills with C‑suite executives and finance teams.
