Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver comprehensive goals-based financial planning and wealth strategies, including client needs assessment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the firm’s latest planning tools, techniques, and strategies.
  • Build and sustain relationships with management and inform them of circumstances requiring supervisory review or approval per compliance policies.
  • Source prospective clients and leverage referrals.
  • Provide customized solutions utilizing the full resources of Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
  • Understand and complete training to maintain a successful financial advising practice.

Required Skills :

  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or Series 63 & 65 in lieu of 66) registrations, with 5+ years of experience.
  • Established, portable practice with at least $1MM in production.
  • Experience managing client portfolios and driving growth.
  • Strong relationship-building and business development skills.

Desired Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven ability in lead generation and partnership.
  • Experience balancing investment management, sales, and new client acquisition.
  • Additional professional designations such as CFP or CRPC are a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset.

Pay Transparency :

Salary range: $48,000 - $100,000 annually, based on experience, education, and skills. Incentives are available based on performance, with details outlined in the specific incentive plan.
