Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, and you will document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with strong base pay and performance rewards. Expected base pay ranges by location (summary):

Southern California $28.80-$36.50;
Colorado $27.50-$34.80;
Hawaii $28.80-$36.50;
Illinois $27.50-$34.80;
Maryland $27.50-$34.80;
Massachusetts $28.80-$36.50;
Minnesota $24.80-$30.30;
New Jersey $28.80-$36.50;
New York $28.80-$36.50;

Vermont $27.50-$34.80;
