What You’ll Do

• Manage and convert inbound leads
• Originate and structure residential loans (FHA, VA, Conventional, Non-QM)
• Guide clients from application to closing with clear communication

What You’ll Need

• Active NMLS license (Texas preferred)
• 3+ years mortgage origination experience (broker experience preferred)
• Proven record of closing loans and maintaining a strong pipeline
• Strong communication and client service skills

• Mid-Senior level
