We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a growing team and lead enterprise-level financial planning, modeling, and reporting initiatives across a complex, multi-site environment.

In this high-impact role, you'll design advanced Power BI dashboards

• Build and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards to drive business decisions
• Lead consolidated financial reporting across multiple ERPs and business units
• Forecast and analyze orders, revenue, margins, and working capital
• Prepare executive-ready PowerPoint decks with key insights and variance analysis
• Own financial modeling and support month-end close and actual-to-plan reviews
• Collaborate across teams to support budgets, KPIs, and strategic planning
• Contribute to reporting system implementations and process improvements
