The is a hands-on operator responsible for leveraging AI and automation to optimize fund operations and portfolio analytics. This role combines technical fluency with investment operations expertise to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.

• AI-Enabled Fund Operations:
  Implement automation and intelligence in workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Analytics, KPIs & Reporting:
  Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track fund performance and operational metrics.
• Systems Integration & Automation:
  Connect and streamline financial systems, ensuring data integrity and process consistency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Partner with investment, finance, and technology teams to deliver operational excellence.

• 5–8+ years in investment operations, analytics, or financial systems
• Experience with alternative investments or portfolio analytics preferred
• Strong analytical and technical fluency (Python, SQL, BI tools a plus)
• Proven ability to design and implement automation solutions

• A solid foundation in fund operations, alternative investments, or financial systems
• A passion for improving processes with automation and AI-driven tools
• Experience problem-solving with the ability to work cross-functionally
• A mindset that values ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
