As Controller, you’ll oversee all aspects of financial management for our distribution operations, including:
- Accounting & Reporting
- Deliver accurate consolidated P&L and balance sheet reporting.
- Provide insightful monthly commentary and financial presentations for leadership.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Analyze operating results and drive actionable insights.
- Receivables & Inventory Management
- Ensure timely billing, collections, and credit compliance.
- Oversee inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
- Compliance & Controls
- Maintain strong internal controls and support audit processes.
- Implement policies and ensure adherence across all locations.
- Strategic Initiatives
- Partner on system implementations, process improvements, and M&A integration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA preferred
- Experience in cost accounting, manufacturing, or distribution
- Strong FP&A skills and ability to manage complex projects
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; ERP experience (Oracle R12, Fusion, Hyperion) a plus
