As Controller, you’ll oversee all aspects of financial management for our distribution operations, including:

• Accounting & Reporting
• Deliver accurate consolidated P&L and balance sheet reporting.
• Provide insightful monthly commentary and financial presentations for leadership.
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Lead annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Analyze operating results and drive actionable insights.
• Receivables & Inventory Management
• Ensure timely billing, collections, and credit compliance.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Compliance & Controls
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audit processes.
• Implement policies and ensure adherence across all locations.
• Strategic Initiatives
• Partner on system implementations, process improvements, and M&A integration.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA preferred
• Experience in cost accounting, manufacturing, or distribution
• Strong FP&A skills and ability to manage complex projects
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; ERP experience (Oracle R12, Fusion, Hyperion) a plus
