SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Vice President of Structured Finance to join our US‑based Debt & Capital Markets team. This is a senior origination and execution role for a producer who can independently source, structure, and close complex commercial real estate financing transactions. In this role, you will own the full transaction lifecycle from initial client engagement through closing while building durable relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, and institutional capital providers.
You will apply deep capital markets expertise across underwriting, structuring, marketing, and execution, with hands‑on involvement throughout the process to ensure best‑in‑class outcomes for clients.
- Drive consistent deal origination by building and expanding long‑term relationships with borrowers, sponsors, lenders, investors, and intermediaries
- Develop and maintain a repeatable, institutional‑grade book of business with recurring deal flow
- Lead full‑cycle debt and structured finance execution, including lender sourcing, capital stack structuring, underwriting, and placement
- Design and negotiate financing solutions across senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity, and structured capital
- Provide clients with strategic guidance informed by real‑time capital markets conditions, lender program criteria, and risk‑return considerations
- Advise on optimal execution strategies, pricing, structure, and timing across asset classes and geographies
- Leverage technology, data‑driven tools, and workflow automation to accelerate deal screening, underwriting, and execution
- Maintain a disciplined, efficient process that supports high transaction volume without sacrificing quality
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets, debt, or structured finance
- Proven track record of closing institutional‑scale transactions (individual deal sizes of $15MM+ and annual volume of $50MM+)
- Deep fluency in capital stack structuring, underwriting, term sheet negotiation, and lender program criteria
- Demonstrated ability to lead transactions end‑to‑end, from origination through closing
- Existing book of business with repeatable deal flow generating $75MM+ in annual volume
- Experience raising programmatic or relationship‑based capital (beyond one‑off deal execution)
The US compensation for this position is commission based. There is no base salary. We pay a fixed percent of net revenue collected on every funded deal. Pay range: based on a good faith assessment of current production data for this role, typical annualized earnings range from $180,000 to $300,000 across all US locations, with higher earnings possible for top‑quartile performers.
Actual earnings vary by individual production volume. This is an independent contractor position. No employee benefits are provided. Independent contractors are eligible for platform enablement support including CRM access and pipeline tools that increase throughput and efficiency.
