Finance Intern – Part-Time, Onsite Opportunity

Location: 12621 Harris Branch Pkwy, Manor, TX 78653

Schedule: Up to 30 hours/week | Pay: $20/hour

Why This Internship?

Kickstart your career in finance with hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You’ll work directly with our Finance and Accounting leadership team, gaining exposure to forecasting, planning, and real-world financial operations. This is an onsite role with opportunities to learn, grow, and potentially transition into a long-term position.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
• Support billing, collections, and account reconciliations.
• Post revenues and collections in SAP.
• Contribute to business planning, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Help with cash flow planning and external audits.
• Analyze customer chargebacks and assist with cost-saving initiatives.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance (Sophomore or higher).
• Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Languages: English required;
  Spanish/German a plus.
• Traits: Reliable, eager to learn, and self-motivated.

Work Environment

• Climate-controlled office with occasional visits to the production floor.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs when supporting inventory tasks.
• Fast-paced setting with deadlines—flexibility and independence are key.
