Job Summary

The successful candidate will work closely with the administrative leadership team, providing effective project management, financial strategy, and coordination across all company departments. The role requires in-depth knowledge of financial project management.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Create and implement financial models for project financing.
  • Research, screen, and evaluate new business development opportunities.
  • Identify appropriate project management tools to manage resources, schedules, risks, and issues, while tracking milestones.
  • Analyze operational and financial data, including program budgets and planning.
  • Manage projects involving research, analysis, planning, development, and implementation; monitor progress and communicate with stakeholders and management.
  • Assist in sensitivity and scenario analysis, deal structuring, due diligence, and driving deal closure.
  • Communicate proactively with internal and external audiences during deal execution, setting clear expectations.
  • Prepare collateral materials for investor presentations and conduct regulatory, market, and financial analyses.
  • Influence and drive key decisions related to project execution.
  • Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, information systems, business, or accounting required; MBA, Master of Finance, or Master of Accountancy preferred.
  • 5+ years of project and program management experience.
  • Experience leading complex finance and reporting initiatives.
  • Business process reengineering experience.
  • Experience with cryptocurrency and distributed ledger technologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with finance systems and reporting within the technology, software, healthcare, or production sectors.
