Skyline Wealth Strategies is seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor to serve as a lead relationship manager for affluent and high-net-worth families.

The Opportunity

The Senior Wealth Advisor will serve as the primary advisor for assigned client families and lead the development and implementation of comprehensive planning strategies.

This is a leadership position for an advisor who wants to serve clients at an exceptional level, mentor other professionals, and contribute to the growth of an enduring wealth management organization.

Core Responsibilities

Client Relationship Leadership

  • Serve as the primary advisor for assigned client households
  • Lead retirement planning, income planning, and strategic financial review meetings
  • Develop deep, multigenerational client relationships
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive communication, preparation, documentation, and follow-through
  • Identify planning opportunities involving insurance, annuities, investments, retirement income, estate considerations, and legacy objectives

Wealth Management and Financial Planning

  • Develop comprehensive financial planning strategies tailored to each client's objectives
  • Help clients evaluate and implement appropriate wealth accumulation, retirement income, insurance, investment, and wealth preservation strategies
  • Coordinate with custodians, investment partners, attorneys, tax professionals, insurance carriers, and other specialists as appropriate
  • Support the continued development of Skyline's wealth management processes, planning standards, and advisory infrastructure
  • Maintain accurate client records and planning documentation in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements

Insurance and Retirement Planning

  • Design and implement life insurance strategies aligned with client planning objectives
  • Develop annuity-based retirement income strategies
  • Evaluate retirement income sustainability, longevity risk, liquidity needs, and wealth transfer considerations
  • Coordinate insurance carrier relationships, application processing, and case implementation
  • Monitor existing strategies and identify opportunities for updates based on changes in client circumstances

Business Development and Growth

  • Convert qualified opportunities into long-term client relationships
  • Generate new client assets and expand existing household relationships
  • Participate in educational events, client appreciation programs, seminars, and referral-development initiatives
  • Identify additional planning opportunities through comprehensive discovery and ongoing client engagement
  • Contribute to production goals while maintaining a planning-led, client-first approach

Leadership and Mentorship

  • Coach and mentor developing advisors and advisor-track professionals
  • Reinforce Skyline's planning, documentation, compliance, and client experience standards
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, client service, and leadership functions
  • Contribute to operational improvement and the development of scalable advisory processes
Required Qualifications
  • Active Texas General Lines Life, Accident & Health Insurance License
  • Active Series 65 or equivalent registration
  • Minimum of five years of experience in financial advisory services, retirement planning, wealth management, insurance, or a related financial-services field
