The Basics as a Payment Services Specialist I:

• Schedule:
  
  Monday
  - Friday,8:00 am - 5:00 pm;
  Flexibility required - as there may be a need to work an adjusted shift of 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Extended hours, based on company needs
• Hybrid Position
  - After the initial training period, a hybrid work model will become an option. You will be requested to work 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
  
  Allowing for a blend of remote and onsite work based on performance and departmental needs.

Are you detail-oriented, curious, and interested in learning how payments move behind the scenes at a financial institution? Do you enjoy researching transactions, solving problems, and making sure the details are right?

As our Payment Services Specialist I, you'll support the day-to-day operations that keep member payments moving accurately and efficiently. This is a developing payments operations role where you'll build experience across multiple payment functions, includingACH, wires, mobile RDC and ATM deposits, share drafts, returns, and other payment services.

You'll process routine transactions, research payment activity, resolve operational exceptions within your authority, and learn when to elevate more complex or higher-risk situations.
