The analyst works with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline operations teams to senior Finance and executive leadership.

- Close, Consolidation & Actuals:
Own the WMO consolidation for total Cost of Sales (COS), including absorption, allocations, and related reconciliations, so results are accurate and on time each period. - Run monthly and quarterly close activities on recurring tasks with minimal oversight, investigating and resolving variances and data issues as they come up.
- Analyze actuals against plan, forecast, and prior periods, identifying the operational drivers behind cost and absorption movements.
- Planning & Forecasting:
Support the annual operating plan (AOP/Pre-AOP) and quarterly forecast cycles for Manufacturing, Logistics, and Supply Chain, including spend, labor, capital, and volume-driven assumptions. - Track and quantify P&L opportunities and risks (e.g., timing shifts, tariffs, reserve releases, completion risk), keeping leadership informed of the outlook and changes to it.
- Partner with Operations and SPG Finance to validate assumptions and keep forecasts consistent with business and fab/customer timing.
- Reporting & Executive Communication:
Prepare quarterly financial reporting packages for senior Finance and executive leadership, including clear actuals‑vs‑plan variance commentary. - Build dashboards and executive‑ready presentations that explain complex financial information clearly and concisely. Present findings to stakeholders across Finance and Operations, at times acting as a direct business partner to non‑finance management.

Lead efforts to streamline management reporting and to centralize data, reporting, and analytics into a reliable single source of truth. - Serve as a key participant, or lead, on system integration and process improvement initiatives, improving efficiency, controls, and reporting capability.
