As a Financial Analyst at JLL, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence across our global commercial real estate platform. This position combines advanced financial modeling, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support critical business decisions that shape JLL’s market leadership. You’ll work directly with senior leadership teams, providing insights that influence financial strategies, operational efficiency, and client solutions.

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for portfolio analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with JLL standards

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and variance analyses that inform strategic decision-making across business lines

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations to analyze performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities

• Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including budget vs. actual analysis and forecasting updates, including the use of TM1 software

• Partner with senior leadership to prepare board presentations, and client reporting packages

• Oversee and manage the small Capital Project work working directly with Project and Facility Managers

• Any other duties as required due to changing client requests.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• 2-4 years of progressive financial analysis experience

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas; experience with financial software systems (E1, Corrigo, Azara, TM1)

• Proven track record in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within corporate finance or real estate environments

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting financial information to senior executives

• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments

• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification demonstrating commitment to financial excellence

• Previous experience in commercial real estate and facility management

• Proficiency in advanced analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar business intelligence platforms

• Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting standards, particularly as they relate to real estate

• Project management experience with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and process improvements
