Responsibilities
  • Conduct camera reviews, desk reviews, surveys, on-site inspections and operational/file reviews to determine compliance with Texas Administrative Code rules and federal laws.
  • Prepare detailed reports of findings and develop corrective action plans as needed.
  • Research and recommend best practices, assist in training, and contribute to the development of improved procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to promote, monitor and enforce minimum administrative rules, policies and contract requirements.
  • Report abuse, neglect or exploitation notifications to the TJJD Incident Reporting Center.
Qualifications
  • Background check and other requirements listed under Minimum Qualifications.
  • Experience in juvenile justice or compliance preferred but not required.
