You Are

A collaborative engaged professional that will partner with the TWC workforce team and service providers to uplift Texans. You are a senior technical analyst with research skills. You have great communication and organization skills and seek to become a reemployment services subject matter expert.

What You Will Do

The Reemployment Coordinator (Program Specialist IV) performs highly complex (senior‑level) consultative services and technical assistance work. Works under limited supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

You Will Be Trusted To
  • Serve as the local RESEA resource to Board staff and service providers on service delivery, outreach, and training.
  • Become a subject matter expert on local labor market, local community support services and the RESEA program.
  • Conduct touchpoints with RESEA customers utilizing professional etiquette and demeanor.
  • Validate compliance with individual reemployment plans and other RESEA requirements.
  • Conduct research, program assessment, preliminary investigations and prepare reports.
  • Support and present at RESEA conferences and conduct classroom training and webinars.
  • Assist in developing program policies, procedures, standards, and manuals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
You Qualify With
  • Two years of full‑time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency.
  • Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position.
You Are a Great Fit With
  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university.
  • Knowledge of RESEA or other workforce program services, procedures, and policies.
  • Intermediate PowerPoint, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience writing site observation and operations reports.
  • Have great listening skills, and professional, pleasant, and respectful telephone etiquette.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English).
