GENERAL DESCRIPTIONPerforms advanced (senior-level) consultative services and technical assistance work to protect critical infrastructure. Work involves planning, developing, and implementing stakeholder engagement activities; supporting information/intelligence sharing initiatives; and building relationships with infrastructure partners. Works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Applicants must fully complete the summary of experience to determine if minimum qualifications are met.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIESEducation – Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor’s degree is required.
Experience – Minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in intelligence, disaster preparedness, homeland security, critical infrastructure protection, security, or emergency management required.
- Experience planning and executing projects and/or events.
- Experience designing and delivering training/presentations for an adult audience.
- Experience with engaging and building relationships with external partners preferred.
Substitution
Note:
1 year education may be substituted for each year of experience required, up to 2 years.
Note:
30 semester hours will be considered equivalent to 1 year of education.
Must be able to qualify for a U.S. Government Secret security clearance. If driving is required, must possess a valid driver license from state of residence.
