• The ability to perform a wide range of services including all skin care, waxing, and tinting services.
• A commitment to participating in assigned tasks that are designed to grow therapist business and create repeat guest requests.
• Maintaining training and education on skincare lines and proactively promoting these products to guests.
• Completing all milk + honey approved courses regarding blood‑borne pathogens and lancet protocols, sign and adhere to milk + honey’s lancet and applicable protocols.

• Estheticians work a mixture of AM and PM shifts, including weekends and some holidays.
• 10% commission on sold retail products.
• Keep 100% of guest gratuity.
• TEXAS:
  Treatment rates up to $82+, not including gratuity.
• CALIFORNIA:
  An average in‑service hourly rate ranges between $42‑$44, including tips. Out‑of‑service rate will be paid out at ($16.78‑$17.28).
• ILLINOIS:
  An average hourly rate ranges between $42‑$46 an hour.
