Full-Time | must be avialble to work Friday – Sunday (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

$28 - $35 / hour (including daily tips and commission!)

At Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids, we’ve spent over 20 years creating unmatched, "WOW" experiences for kids aged 0–14 across 200+ locations nationwide. We believe that a great workday should be filled with smiles, creativity, and plenty of fun!

As our Assistant Manager & Lead Stylist/Barber, you will team up with our Salon Manager to keep the daily magic alive:

• Snip & Style: Bring your strong technical hair-cutting and barbering skills directly to our cool little clients.
• Lead by Example: Mentor, inspire, and lift up your team of stylists every day.
• Build the Dream Team: Help us hire, train, and retain top-tier talent who share our positive vibes.
• Oversee Operations: Keep daily salon flow smooth, organized, and filled with high energy.
• Client Champion: Spread the word to new customers and handle any tricky situation with grace, professionalism, and a big smile.

• Licensed Stylist or Barber with top-notch technical hair-cutting skills.
• A genuine love for working with children and a warm, positive attitude.
• Availability to work weekends (our busiest days) Friday through Sunday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full-Time).
