• Conduct comprehensive virtual skin analysis using provided digital tools and client-submitted imagery.
• Provide expert consultations via video calls, addressing client concerns and objectives.
• Develop personalized, holistic skincare regimens, including product recommendations and lifestyle advice.
• Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and the safe use of prescribed products.
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately in the CRM system.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in dermatological science, aesthetic treatments, and digital health technologies.
• Collaborate with the broader wellness team to ensure a cohesive client experience.
• Assist in developing educational content for the company's online platforms and client resources.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to virtual consultation platforms and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all virtual client interactions.

• Medical Aesthetician certification or equivalent advanced skincare qualification.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics and advanced skincare.
• Proven experience in client consultation and the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Exceptional communication, active listening, and presentation skills, with a strong ability to connect with clients virtually.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools, video conferencing software, and CRM systems.
• A deep understanding of dermatology, skin conditions, and ingredient efficacy.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a remote workload independently.
• A passion for client education and empowering individuals to achieve their skincare goals.
• Experience in a remote or telehealth setting is highly advantageous.
• Must be able to work effectively within a virtual team environment, supporting clients regardless of their location, including those in and around Welkom, Free State, ZA.
