• Develop, update, and deliver engaging training programs and educational materials for hair stylists and colorists, both online and through virtual live sessions.
• Conduct virtual masterclasses on advanced cutting, styling, coloring techniques, and product application.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to stylists, offering personalized feedback and guidance.
• Stay current with global hair trends, fashion, and industry innovations, and integrate them into training content.
• Create compelling visual aids, including demonstration videos and presentations, for educational purposes.
• Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with the education and marketing teams to align training initiatives with brand strategies.
• Represent the brand professionally in all virtual interactions and educational forums.
• Contribute to the development of new product training modules and technical guides.
• Maintain a high level of technical expertise and artistic proficiency in all aspects of hairdressing.
• Document and report on training activities and outcomes.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience as a professional Hair Stylist and Colorist, with a significant portion focused on education or training.
• Proven track record of exceptional technical skills in cutting, styling, and all aspects of hair coloring.
• Strong understanding of hair science, chemistry, and product formulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and engagingly.
• Demonstrated ability to create and deliver impactful virtual training sessions.
• Proficiency in using virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Webex) and content creation software.
• A creative mindset with a passion for teaching and developing others.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a professional home office setup.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for specific in-person training events or content creation, if required.
