Employment Type:
Full-time (30+ hrs/week).
ARA Diagnostic Imaging has been a cornerstone of healthcare in Central Texas since 1954, with a network of 17 outpatient imaging centers and collaborations with 24 area hospitals. In 2019, our partnership with Radiology Partners expanded our AI capabilities and national infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Provide healthcare services by applying x-ray energy procedures to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients.
- Perform medical imaging techniques for mammography or routine patients and related procedures to demonstrate anatomy for interpretation and/or intervention by a licensed practitioner.
- Graduate of a recognized AMA Council of Education program in radiologic technology.
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Certification as Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) by the Texas Medical Board; CPR and AED certification required.
- Mammography certification is preferred.
- Two years of experience in general diagnostic radiology preferred; mammography experience is a plus.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
