* Works collaboratively and cooperatively with other mental health professionals on CMHC's multidisciplinary staff and other university departments and organizations
* Develops linkages with key contacts of the designated population or issue for the purpose of developing and implementing programmatic interventions which generate substantial participation by students.
* Attend and participate in departmental and division meetings and staff development programs as assigned.
* Participates in the prevention and outreach team meetings by contributing new ideas, engaging in problem solving and seeking better ways to impact the mental health needs of students.
* Comply with all CMHC and UT policies, procedures, and guidelines.
* Master’s Degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Social Work or other degree which meets eligibility requirement in Texas for licensure.
* Two years post masters clinical experience in college or university counseling center or other relevant clinical setting.
* Experience providing case management, crisis intervention, brief assessment/triage, and care coordination to young adults and/or college students.
* Experience in high demand outpatient or inpatient health settings.
* Ability to work effectively with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health providers.
* Experience proving culturally competent care to a diverse client population.
* Excellent verbal and communication skills.
* Two years of experience in providing case management, brief assessment/triage, and crisis intervention services.
* Experience working in a university counseling center.
* Experience and expertise working with college students who have marginalized identities or historically under utilize mental health services
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health clinicians.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with campus personnel, such as professionals in academic affairs and other student services providers.
* Demonstrated ability to work within a large system, and to participate and collaborate effectively in a large mental health services agency.
* Licensed for a minimum of two years.
