Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. (Sonic Healthcare USA) is looking for a full‑time, entry‑level Phlebotomist to work during the first shift. This role is part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and advancing community health.

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer‑focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect and prepare non‑blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and ordering of tests.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

• At least 2 years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing.
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.

Scheduled weekly hours: 40 hours.

first shift. This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI). Employees will be trained on safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with privacy and security standards.
