Massage Therapist

Overview

Massage Therapist position at Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Resorts Collection. Provide massage and spa services to guests with personalized service, professionalism, and strong knowledge of the healing arts.

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to treatment rooms, addressing immediate needs during the spa visit.
• Prepare treatment rooms to client specifications while adhering to property service standards.
• Perform prep work and clean/restock the room as required.
• Ensure guest comfort and safety throughout the treatment.
• Maintain professional ethics and deliver personalized service to each guest.
• Maintain the work area with necessary supplies and keep rooms and spa areas clean, including locker rooms.
• Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards as directed by law and spa policies.
• Communicate occurrences involving staff or guests to management, including guest complaints or misconduct.
• Actively promote spa treatments, services, sessions, programs, promotions, and discounts available.
• Attend, participate in, and support training and staff meetings for the spa.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed massage therapist.
• Massage Therapist State License required.
• Experience in a luxury spa and/or hotel spa environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a passion for healing.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to a minimum of three days a week inclusive of weekends.
