As a Logistics Associate in our Austin Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in our last-mile delivery operations.

• Ensuring a seamless, delightful customer delivery experience through effective route management, real-time problem solving, and the ability to work across multiple web-based platforms.
• Proactive identification of opportunities to improve cost-savings, safety, and compliance with customer delivery operations.
• Effective communication with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners, including the ability to manage multiple threads at once.
• Managing anywhere between 10-20 delivery couriers throughout a 3-hour Delivery Window, providing on-the-road support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Minimum education of Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience and one to two years of prior dispatch or routing experience.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and efficiency.
• Availability to work the following set schedule (8‑hour shift) onsite at our Austin pharmacy located at 210 W 7th Street, Austin, Texas 78701:
  Monday - Friday 1:00PM - 09:30PM CST. Responsibility will also include the closure of the Pharmacy once all delivery routes have been completed.

The starting anticipated earnings for this position is $21. Compensation packages include base pay and benefits.
