We are seeking a creative, energetic ABA/NDBI therapist who is passionate about early childhood development and teaching through play. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood development, developmental delays, ABA, and Autism, and be ready to join our growing team to provide high quality care.
General Responsibilities- Work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement developmental behavioral intervention using ABA therapy.
- Provide direct ABA‑NDBI therapy with child and family to address individualized child‑centered goals in the child’s natural environment (home/preschool).
- Implement treatment plans and goals as developed by the BCBA.
- Support and model NDBI strategies and therapy techniques to caregivers and teachers during everyday routines.
- Collect and organize appropriate data and make data‑based decisions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field (Required).
- Master’s Degree or currently pursuing one in ABA, Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field (Preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year experience implementing ABA therapy objectives.
- Minimum of 1 year working directly with young children (ages 0‑6) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Background knowledge and experience in child development and developmental delays.
- Experience working with toddlers at risk or diagnosed with Autism or other developmental delay is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Passion to implement high‑quality, effective intervention with toddlers and preschool‑age children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental delay.
