Our client is seeking a Retail Pharmacist to join their team in PA, CA, TX, NY, or OR
. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and effective dispensing of medications while providing exceptional customer service and health advice. This role requires a highly organized professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the role:

The Retail Pharmacist will oversee the preparation and dispensing of medications, offer wellness guidance, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain accurate patient records, contributing to a safe and customer-focused pharmacy experience.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000
, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
  • Counsel customers on the use of prescription and over-the-counter medications.
  • Provide health and wellness advice, including guidance on drug interactions, side effects, and proper medication usage.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and medication histories.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulatory standards, as well as company policies.
  • Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and order supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

    D.) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid pharmacist license in the state of employment (
    PA, CA, TX, NY, OR
    ).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
