We are looking for a lead caregiver with a passion for client care and relationship building. Your role will be essential in ensuring a high level of care for our clients while supporting the growth of both caregivers and clients.

• At least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)
• At least 3 years of caregiving experience with the senior population
• Strong communication and language skills
• Valid driver’s license and insurance

• Perform daily administrative support tasks in the agency office.
• Assist in conducting caregiver orientations and field training.
• Be available to cover last‑minute shift callouts or fill gaps in high‑need clients.
• Execute client care plans and document daily activities.

• Consistent daily shifts during normal business hours.
• Three years of formal caregiving experience in senior care.

• Able to lift 50 lbs using safe, ergonomic movements.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingers.
• Able to talk, hear and see.
• Physically and mentally able to drive a vehicle.

• Pay:
  Starting at $17/hr
