Phlebotomist – Labcorp

We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist to work in our client's office setting. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and represent the company. Opportunities for continuous growth within the organization are available.

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm;
Saturday 8am – 12pm (rotating; requested as needed).

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience as a phlebotomist (pediatric or geriatric experience preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record (if applicable).
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Able to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient data accurately and in a timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments when required.
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.

PSTs may be eligible for a PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
