Job Summary
The Children's Crisis Respite QMHP is responsible for ensuring the provision of recovery-focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective. This position operates in a dynamic environment, and performs case management, assessment, and/or service coordination work based on the program's guidelines. The QMHP's duties may include and are not limited to providing continuity of care services, providing continual supervision and ensuring safety of assigned youth population at all times, assures program schedule is consistently implemented including conducting scheduled therapeutic recreational activities, provides transport to/from community outings or as need arises, assures respite house environment is clean and orderly while ensuring safety of clients, linking consumers and families to needed resources, and coordinating, monitoring, and updating services and consumer goals.
Providing necessary skills training, assisting in crisis prevention, and/or providing community outreach are additional roles. As a team member within the children's crisis respite unit, the QMHP works to address client's needs utilizing assessment, multidisciplinary coordination, and efficient clinically appropriate utilization of agency resources. Duties include collaboration with consumers, first responders, and community stakeholders to address immediate mental health crisis and plan for future crisis relapse prevention.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education- Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field required. Masters Degree preferred.
- Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Part-Time.
WorkdaysSaturday - Sunday.
Workhours12:00PM - 10:00 PM.
Salary$24.18- $25.39 an hour, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend. Position may be eligible for an additional shift differential pay.
• Third Shift: $7.25/hour.
